Stephen Christopher Rose is a science journalist, regulatory medical writer, and PhD bioengineer focused on longevity and translational medicine. He is Founder and Principal Consultant at Geronimo Life Advisory, where he develops evidence briefs, white papers, and long-form scientific content that translate complex geroscience into decision-ready guidance for clinical and informed public audiences.

From June 2021 to October 2025, Rose served as a Science Journalist and Medical Communicator at Lifespan Research Institute, writing and editing nearly 100 deeply researched articles on aging biology, clinical trials, and longevity biotechnology. His coverage includes senescence, autophagy, mitochondrial dysfunction, neurodegeneration, and protein-misfolding disorders, with a strong emphasis on scientific accuracy and editorial clarity. He also curated the Rejuvenation Roadmap, tracking longevity therapeutics from early research through clinical translation.

Rose holds a PhD in Bioengineering and Nanoscale Science from the University at Albany and completed postgraduate biotechnology studies at Harvard University.
